The 24/7 water supply is also a critical factor for any household. While the hospital is about 6.29 kilometeaway, the connectivity to main roads like State Highway 11 is excellent. The ready-to-move status allowed for a smooth transition. The landscaping makes the complex feel quite pleasant.
