The carpet area is 416 sq.ft, which is compact but perfect for me as I work long houThe Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station is nearby, making my commute much easier. Kombo Constructions Private Limted is developing this project, and it's currently under construction. The fire fighting system is a good safety feature. My main concern is that New Town roads can get quite congested during peak hou, so I am a bit worried about the daily commute to the metro. Otherwise, the proximity to the metro is a huge plus for me.
