The location in Sector-47 on Sohna Road is quite convenient. It's close to Manav Rachna International School and Park Hospital, both within zero kilomete, which is fantastic for their medical needs. We are looking at a 3 BHK builder floor, around 1200 to 1800 square feet, which should be enough space for them. The main concern is the distance to the metro station, which is about 6.6 kilometeaway. Getting around without a car might be a bit difficult for them. Overall, the builder, Kohli Construction, seems to have a good reputation.
