    We bought a 2400 Sq.ft plot at KNS Nester in Bangalore West. It is a gated community with 24x7 security, which is important for us in our retirement. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. The 24x7 water supply is also crucial. KNS Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has completed the project, and it was ready to move by July 2022. The price was around 32.4 Lakh. While the amenities are adequate, the dust from the nearby unpaved areas can be a bit much sometimes, especially during dry spells. Also, the Halubhavipalya Bus Stop is over nearby, making public transport a bit inconvenient for daily needs.

We bought a 1200 Sq.ft plot which was within our budget, around 18 Lakh. The developer, KNS Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, has mentioned it is ready to move which is great. We liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 security. The storm water drains are also a good sign. Access to Magadi Road is decent. The only thing is the distance to the metro station, Challaghatta, is quite far at over nearby. We hope the infrastructure around here develops faster.

However, the distance to the Challaghatta Metro Station is considerable, over nearby, which might limit rental appeal to those solely relying on metro connectivity. The lack of OC received information is also something to monitor, though the project completion was July 2022.

We purchased a larger plot, 2400 Sq.ft, costing about 32.4 Lakh. The fact that it's ready to move in July 2022 was a big plus. KNS Infrastructure Pvt Ltd seems to have provided basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and street lighting. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for us. Also, the proximity to NH 48 is nearby, so traffic noise might be an issue sometimes when we drive out. Overall, it seems like a decent place for families.
