The 1180 square feet 3 BHK configuration seemed like a good fit for future needs, even though it's on the higher side of the budget at around 1.16 Crore. The location in Perambur is decent, close to essential services like Lifeline Hospitals which is nearby. One thing that bothered me was the traffic on Cooks Road during peak hou; getting in and out can be a hassle. However, the construction uses Mivan technology which is supposed to be good. The waiting lounge looks quite plush. Overall, it’s a solid option if you can manage the commute.
