We chose Kishorkumar KG Towemainly for its proximity to D. A. V. Public School. It’s within walking distance, which is a lifesaver for us with two young children. We purchased a 1109 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment. The children’s play area is a good space for them to unwind after school. The apartment is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. The area around Velachery main road can be quite congested, which is a bit of a nuisance when we go out. The developer, KG Builde, has maintained the property reasonably well over the yeaThe pricing for our unit was around 1.50 Crore. The rain water harvesting system is also a good feature for Chennai.

I am buying this apartment for my parents who will be living in Chennai. Kishorkumar KG Toweby KG Buildeis in Velachery, a well-connected part of the city. I chose a 1200 sq.ft 3 BHK for them. The ready-to-move status means they can shift in immediately. The 24x7 security is important as they will be living alone. Having a gymnasium and a jogging track will keep them active. The price for this unit was 1.75 Crore. I was a bit disappointed that the OC received details were not provided upfront. However, the location near Velachery Bypass Rd and schools is a major plus. I hope the maintenance team is efficient.

After yeaof renting, we decided to invest in our own home. Kishorkumar KG Towein Velachery seemed like a good option. We opted for a 1350 sq.ft 3 BHK. The built-up area is quite generous. The gymnasium is well-equipped for our fitness needs. It’s quite convenient having the Velachery Bypass Road so close for our commutes. However, the construction dates back to 2003, so some areas feel a little older than newer projects. Also, the OC status not being readily available is a point of slight concern for us. Still, the overall community feel and the amenities like lifts and power backup are solid. The price was in the upper end of our budget, closer to 1.90 Crore.

The location is excellent, right off Velachery Bypass Road, making access to different parts of the city quite straightforward. My children are excited about the children's play area. The overall built-up area is decent for a family of three. One minor issue we’ve noticed is that parking can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles, especially during evenings. The project was completed in 2003, so it’s an older construction, but KG Buildeseem to have kept it in good shape. The price for our unit was 1.45 Crore. The power backup is a huge relief during Chennai's frequent power cuts.
