Manishaben Gondaliya has developed this project in Adhewada. Having power backup and fire sprinkleare important safety and convenience features for us. The location near Shree Maruti Vidhya Mandir School & Colleges (1.8 km) and HCG Hospital, Bhavnagar is quite advantageous. The Talaja Jakatnaka Bus Stop is also not too far away at nearby. My only minor concern is the narrow lane leading to the project, which can be a bit tricky during peak houNevertheless, it's a well-built property.
