I opted for a 2 BHK flat, which has a good built-up area of 751 sq.ft. The building has lifts and 24x7 security, which are important for me. The location is reasonably well-connected, with the Chennai Anantpur highway accessible. The presence of Be Well Hospital Ambattur nearby is also reassuring. While the project was completed in July 2014, it still feels well-maintained. The car parking is adequate for residents.

The only minor issue is that the parking can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Security is tight, with a cabin and 24x7 peonnel.
