  We checked out Kirthi Palmville Phase II in Udupi, developed by Kirthi Construction. It's in Nittur, Moodanidamburu Garadi. The location has potential, and it's quite close to the Udupi City Bus Terminus, nearby. Also, Vidyodaya Public School is nearby at nearby, which is good for families. Adaha Hospital is also within nearby. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2029. My main concern is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is quite noticeable when you visit the site. It’s expected with an under construction property, but it’s something to consider for immediate move-in buyeSince we are looking for a future residence, we can tolerate it for now. Kirthi Construction seems organized, but we need to ensure the quality of construction is maintained throughout.

  We visited Kirthi Palmville Phase II recently. It’s located in Nittur, Moodanidamburu Garadi, Udupi. The biggest advantage for us is Vidyodaya Public School being nearby. Our kids can walk there easily. Adaha Hospital is also quite close, nearby, which is reassuring. The Udupi City Bus Terminus being nearby is convenient for travel. The project is currently under construction, with completion expected in December 2029. Kirthi Construction is the developer. The only downside we noticed was the traffic on the main road nearby, which can get quite busy during peak houWe are hoping the internal roads will be well-planned to manage this. We are considering a 2 BHK here for our family. The overall atmosphere of the area feels safe and developing.
