Being ready to move in was a major factor for us. The area in Patancheru is developing, and it's close to Academic Heights Public School, which is perfect for our kids. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind. The only drawback is the traffic can get a bit heavy on NH 65 during peak hou, but that's expected near a highway.
