Welcare Hospital is also mentioned nearby, which adds to the convenience. My only reservation is that the developer, Veega Land Develope, didn't provide much information on amenities or the completion date of the entire project. We need to investigate this further before making a final commitment. The connectivity to Vyttila Metro Station is also a plus.
