Being close to the National Highway 8 makes commuting easier, and the BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital is also conveniently located nearby. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance offer peace of mind. The developer, Khushboo Realty, has provided good basic infrastructure. I’m still exploring the neighborhood, but initial impressions are positive.

Its location in Manjalpur is strategic, being reasonably close to Sushen Circle Bus Stop at 3.6 kilometeand well-connected to major roads like the Ring Road (5 KM) and Padra Road (6 KM). Essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and lifts are present. Khushboo Realty has also incorporated a sewage treatment plant and storm water drains, which are important for long-term living. The only drawback I observed was some dust and construction debris from nearby ongoing developments, which is common in growing areas but can be a temporary nuisance. Otherwise, it’s a solid option.

  Finally got possession of our 3 BHK flat at Khushboo Pahwa Hiya Harmony. It's a decent size, 1210 square feet built up, which gives us enough room. The location in Manjalpur is quite convenient, especially being close to My Apple School Sanskar Foundation, just about 1 kilometer away. This was a big factor for us. The amenities like 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provide a good sense of safety. Water supply has been regular so far, which is a relief. The developer, Khushboo Realty, seems to have provided basic facilities as promised. We are still settling in, but overall it feels like a good place to live for a family.
