I've booked a 686 square feet apartment. The location in ShreePalli society, Manjalpur, is quite accessible. It’s good that there’s a lift available for easy movement. The developer, Khushboo Realty, has planned for a swimming pool and gymnasium, which are great facilities to have. The only downside is the construction is ongoing, so there’s noise sometimes, but that’s part of buying an under-construction property. Completion is slated for December 2026. It seems like a solid choice for me.
