This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Khurinji Daisy. I found a 2 BHK flat here, built up to 860 square feet. The location in Velachery is good, close to the main road and transport links. It's ready to move in, which suited me as I didn't want to wait for construction. The developer, Khurinji Homes, seems reliable. One thing I noticed is the traffic on Velachery Main Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, so getting out of the area quickly might be an issue sometimes. Otherwise, it seems like a good start.

We selected Khurinji Daisy for our family because of its excellent proximity to schools. D. A. V. Public School is literally zero minutes away, which is a dream for any parent. We bought a 3 BHK flat which is 1092 square feet, offering enough space for our children. The hospital is also very close, which provides peace of mind. Khurinji Homes has delivered a ready-to-move project, and the built-up area is quite comfortable for a growing family. The only slight drawback is that the roads around the immediate vicinity can get a bit dusty during construction phases nearby, but that is temporary.
