I picked up a 2 BHK apartment in Khetan Swiss Gardens, which is around 1325 square feet. The price was 88.79 Lakh, which felt reasonable for Mohali given the under construction status. My main reason for investing here is the location near Airport Road and proximity to Max Hospital, which is practically nearby. This makes it attractive for future rentals. The developer, Khetan Realty, has a decent track record. I am expecting good appreciation in this area. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are also a plus. I'm looking forward to the completion, expected around October 2022. The only slight worry is that OC received status is not yet available, but that should be sorted out before possession.
