    Relocating to Goa for work, I needed a home close to facilities and Vibhav Real Estate's Khadpabandh Gardens Phase II fit the bill. It's ready to move in, having been completed in April 2022. The proximity to Vision Hospital Goa (0 KM) was a key factor, along with St. Ritas High School also being at nearby, which is great if I decide to settle down here long-term. The spectacular view of the national park adds a lot of value to the living experience, offering a peaceful escape. While the location is excellent for access to hospitals and schools, the road network around Colvale can be a bit narrow in places, making travel during peak houslightly challenging.
