We liked the 3 BHK configuration with a carpet area of 824 sq.ft. It’s spacious and provides enough room for our growing family and guests. The Children's Play Area is a big draw for us. The location is fantastic, with Lakshmipat Singhania Academy right next door – no more long commutes for the kids! The only slight worry is the ongoing construction noise and dust, but we are told the completion is December 2025. The Kalim Group Of companies & K. K Group are known for their quality.
