This is my fit apartment purchase and I chose KG Srivathsa Gardens in Saidapet. I opted for a 2 BHK which is 1120 square feet. It feels like a good size to start with. The project has been ready for a while, which meant I didn't have to wait. I liked that there's a swimming pool and a gymnasium available for use. The security and power backup systems are also in place, which gives peace of mind. The location is decent and seemed well-connected. KG Buildehas been around for a while.

It's good that the building has a children's play area, which the kids love. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. We also appreciate the rainwater harvesting system.
