We were looking for a home near a good school for our children. KG Belvedre in Kilpauk, Chennai Central was perfect because Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School is literally 0 kilometeaway. That was the main selling point for us. It's also good that Lifeline Hospitals is nearby, offering peace of mind. The apartment is ready to move, and KG Buildehas provided the OC, which is essential. We found the living space to be adequate for our family of four. The only minor issue is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can be quite dense, making quick trips a little challenging. Despite that, the convenience for school runs makes it worthwhile.
