Living at Keystones Blooms has been quiet and peaceful since we shifted last month. We needed a reliable residence in Kunchanapalli, and this 1880 square feet 3 BHK unit provides plenty of space for us to host our grandchildren comfortably. We appreciate that the property is ready to move, so we avoided all the uncertainty that comes with under-construction projects. Keystones infra-con India Pvt. Ltd has been professional throughout the transaction. While the common areas are clean, I do find the visitor parking space to be a bit limited when we have guests over on weekends. Other than that, the location is very convenient for our medical needs with the hospital nearby. We are happy with the choice we made.

We bought the 1880 square feet 3 BHK apartment, and the ventilation is quite good throughout the day. It is a relief to find a ready to move property that fits our family size perfectly. The developer, keystones infra-con India Pvt. Ltd, has maintained the property well so far. My only minor complaint is the dust from the nearby construction sites in Kunchanapalli, which means we have to keep our windows closed more often than I would prefer.

Since the units are ready to move, I did not have to wait for construction delays which is a relief. My only concern is the distance to the main road. It can get a bit noisy during peak hou, and the internal roads could use better lighting. Overall, it is a decent structure and worth considering if you want a spacious apartment in Guntur.
