My husband and I decided to upgrade from our rental place and bought a 2 BHK at Keshav Polaris. We got a unit with a carpet area of about 900 Sq.ft, which gives us much more space. The price was approximately 72 Lakh. Keshav Leela Properties has included some great amenities like a clubhouse and a fire fighting system, which gives us peace of mind. The project is located in Keshav Nagar, Pune. It was completed in May 2021 and is ready for immediate occupation. We looked at the 3 BHK units too, but they were slightly over our budget. The location is decent, but the access road for the last 200 meteis quite narrow and can be difficult for bigger vehicles.

Keshav Leela Properties delivered this project in Keshav Nagar, Pune, and it's ready to move. The proximity to The Orbis School, a short distance, was a major deciding factor for us. We also appreciate the kids’ play area and the swimming pool. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look nice. The only downside we are facing is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit much sometimes, especially when the wind blows.

The price was about 60 Lakh, which I could manage with my home loan. Keshav Leela Properties seems to have finished the project by May 2021, so it's ready to move in. The amenities are quite good, especially the swimming pool and the clubhouse. It's located in Keshav Nagar, Pune. My only concern is the traffic on the main roads nearby during peak hou, it can get a bit congested. However, the proximity to The Orbis School, a short distance, is a big plus.

As a single woman, security is my top priority, and the 24x7 security along with video door security and intercom makes me feel safe. The carpet area is decent, around 800 Sq.ft. The price was around 65 Lakh. Keshav Leela Properties has provided good amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which I use regularly. The location in Keshav Nagar is quite convenient, with the bus stop just a minute away. My only issue is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped if you have guests over with caOtherwise, it’s a comfortable place to live.

The budget here goes up to 93.35 Lakh. Keshav Leela Properties has delivered this project in Pune, specifically in Keshav Nagar. It is ready to move, which is excellent for rental purposes. The area has potential for growth. I am banking on the good connectivity and the numerous amenities like the tennis court and reflexology park to attract good tenants. The price point is a bit high for the actual carpet size I saw, but the location is promising.

The project is by Keshav Leela Properties and they have a decent reputation. We looked at a 2 BHK which has a carpet area starting from 671 Sq.ft, which seemed adequate for them. The price range was also within what we expected, around 52.81 Lakh for the smaller ones. Location in Keshav Nagar is good, close to the bus stop. I hope the amenities like the gymnasium and 24x7 security will be useful for them. The only small worry is the lack of OC received information, but since it's ready to move, I assume that's sorted.
