We decided on Keshav Dugar Apartment primarily because of its proximity to St. John's Sr. Sec. School & Jr. College, which is literally zero kilometeaway. This is a massive advantage for our children's commute. Kauvery Hospital is also just as close, providing excellent healthcare access nearby. Dugar Homes is the developer behind this project located on East Avenue Road in Gandhi Nagar, Chennai South. The area seems to be developing well. While the location is superb for schools and hospitals, we are a bit concerned about the parking situation, as the road can get quite crowded. We are looking forward to seeing the play areas and other amenities once they are completed. The convenience factor for school runs is unbeatable.
