This property is Ready to Move, which saved us a lot of waiting time. The location is excellent, with VIDYA MANDIR PUBLIC SCHOOL and Fortis Escorts Hospital both within a 3-minute drive. This is perfect for our family. The 3150 Sq.yd. Super builtup area for the 4 BHK is spacious enough for our growing needs. The price was around 3.0 Cr, which was within our budget after considering the loan options. Kesar Properties seems to have a good reputation. The 24X7 water supply and power backup are essential amenities that were well-covered here. We are happy with the purchase so far.
