We were looking for a ready-to-move-in villa near the highway and found Kent Kovilakam. The location near Vennala is quite convenient, especially with National Highway 47 close by. It's a 3 BHK villa, around 2046 square feet, which gives us plenty of space. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium were a big draw for us. We moved in a few weeks ago and are settling in. The kids' play area is also a nice touch. It feels like a good community. The drive to our office in Infopark is manageable, taking about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. The builder, Kent Constructions Pvt. Ltd., seems to have a decent track record.

The only slight drawback is the noise from traffic on the nearby highway during certain times, but the villa itself is quite insulated.

We looked at the 2 BHK villas which are 1350 square feet. It's a decent size for our family. The location near Vennala is good, close to Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School, which is convenient for our children. The amenities like the children's play area and the swimming pool are great for the kids. However, the approach road to the project from the main Alinchuvadu junction is quite narrow, and parking within the complex can feel a little tight sometimes, especially if visitocome over. We are still evaluating.
