The project offegood amenities like a lift and 24x7 water supply, which are essential. The Kences Constructions team was helpful during the booking process. While the area is generally well-connected, the traffic on Arcot Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to be aware of. The price of 52.8 Lakh for this convenient location felt reasonable.

The price was a bit more than I initially planned, coming in at 52.8 Lakh, but the location in T Nagar is very convenient. Getting around Chennai is easy from here with Mount Road and Arcot Road nearby. The construction by Kences Constructions looks solid.
