We just moved into our 3 BHK flat at Kenaan MDM M. The size is good, 1213 square feet built up, which gives us plenty of space. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Madhavaram is convenient, close to the highway and the bus terminal is just a few minutes away. We liked that Narayana e-Techno School and MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS are practically nearby, which is great for future planning. Power backup is a good feature to have here. One small thing is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, happy with the decision.

The biggest draw for us was the Narayana e-Techno School being nearby – literally walking distance! That saves so much time and stress every morning. Madhavaram Bus Terminal is also a short distance, which is handy. The project is ready to move, which meant we could shift in right after finalising. Having 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a fire fighting system gives us peace of mind. The car parking is adequate. Sometimes the water pressure can be a little low during peak usage times, but it's generally fine.
