The starting budget of 27 Lakhs is quite competitive for Chennai South. Since it is ready to move, it eliminates waiting time. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor concern for now. However, the accessibility to Kauvery Hospital on Radial Road is excellent, which was a key factor for my decision.
