I am currently living abroad but wanted to buy a comfortable home for my parents in Chennai. Keerthi Kamalam in Pallikaranai seemed like a good option since it is a ready to move project and Keerthi Promoteis a known developer. My parents liked the peaceful environment of the locality. They mentioned that the connectivity to the main city areas is decent. The proximity to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, about 5.89 kilometeaway, is also a plus for them when they need to travel. They are still exploring the neighborhood but seem happy with the decision. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.

I found the flat layout to be very practical and well-ventilated. The area is developing nicely with good infrastructure. While the project itself is good, the dust from ongoing construction in the nearby areas can be a bit botheome at times, but I expect that to settle down.
