We chose Keerthi Heights because of its proximity to Vydehi School of Excellence, which is just about 1.4 kilometeaway, making morning drop-offs so much easier. Our 3 BHK flat is spacious, around 1600 square feet, giving the kids enough room to play. The children's play area within the gated community is also a hit with them. We bought it for 48 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area and the amenities provided. The swimming pool is a great way for the family to relax on weekends. Sai Sannidhi Estates seems to have built this well. My only minor concern is the landscaping; it could use a bit more upkeep. Overall, it’s a comfortable place for a family.

I recently moved into Keerthi Heights in Krishnarajapura and it's been pretty good so far. The 1165 square feet 2 BHK flat is a decent size for one peon, with enough space for a home office setup. Getting to work in Whitefield is manageable, usually taking about 30 minutes depending on traffic. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions, I use the gym a few times a week. My only real complaint is the parking. It's closed car parking, which is great, but it feels a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Sai Sannidhi Estates did deliver it ready to move, which was a big plus for me as I needed to move quickly. The location is quite convenient for my needs.

Keerthi Heights by Sai Sannidhi Estates offered a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1320 square feet, which felt spacious enough for my initial needs. The location in Bangalore East, Krishnarajapura, appealed to me due to its proximity to key areas. The price of 45 Lakhs was acceptable. I was also impressed by the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, giving it a pleasant feel. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good facilities to have after a long day at the hospital. However, I did notice a fair amount of dust and construction debris from nearby ongoing developments, which can be a bit of an issue. The developer has provided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply.

I looked at the 3 BHK configurations, ranging from 1590 to 1670 square feet. The pricing, between 50 Lakhs and 57 Lakhs, was within the range I had budgeted for a property in this part of the city. The proximity to Sathya Sai Hospital, just 1.4 kilometeaway, is reassuring. The project is developed by Sai Sannidhi Estates and is ready for move-in. My main concern is the traffic congestion on the roads leading to Whitefield during peak hou; it can be quite frustrating. The natural pond within the complex is a unique feature, though.

The built-up area is about 1165 square feet, which is adequate for my needs. The location in Bangalore East is quite accessible, and the Whitefield Kadugodi Metro Station is only 1.4 kilometeaway, which is very convenient for commuting. The project by Sai Sannidhi Estates is a gated community with basic amenities like 24X7 water supply, which is essential. However, the maintenance charges are a bit higher than I anticipated, and the common areas could be cleaner. Still, for the price point, it offegood value.
