The price was about 32 Lakhs, which felt competitive for Durgapur. The project is under construction and scheduled for possession in December 2027. We appreciated the modern weather-resistant elevation design. The location on Rajmahal Road in Benachity is alright, with decent connectivity via NH2. However, parking seemed a bit tight during our site visit, which could be an issue later. The inclusion of high-speed elevatoand a terrace garden are nice touches. We are optimistic about the quality and the overall living experience Kedarnath Real Estate promises.

  This is my very fit property purchase, a 2 BHK apartment in Kedarnath Niwas. I was looking for something around 950 sq.ft and found a unit within that size. The budget was around 30 Lakhs, which is what I had saved. The location on Rajmahal Road, Benachity is okay, though getting to the main highway NH2 might take a few minutes. It’s a gated community with 24x7 security, which was a priority for me. The project is still under construction and expected to be ready by December 2027. I am a bit nervous about the whole process, but the sales team explained things clearly. I am hoping the amenities like the temple and terrace garden are well-maintained.

  We finally decided to book a 3 BHK in Kedarnath Niwas. The price range was within our budget, around 38 Lakhs for the 1200 sq.ft flat. Being a government employee, I appreciate the straightforward payment structure they seem to have. The location on Rajmahal Road in Benachity is quite convenient, not too far from NH2. Construction is still underway, with completion expected by December 2027. The project is a gated community, which gives us peace of mind. I liked the idea of a terrace garden as well. We checked out the plan and the built-up area of 1170 sq.ft to 1326 sq.ft for 3 BHKs seems adequate for our growing family. Hope the actual quality matches the promises.

  We were looking for a family home and zeroed in on Kedarnath Niwas. We picked a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1300 sq.ft. The cost was around 43 Lakhs. While the project is still under construction, with completion set for December 2027, the location on Rajmahal Road, Benachity is convenient. It is close enough to NH2 for commuting. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security and water supply. The sizes of the flats, from 1170 sq.ft to 1326 sq.ft for 3 BHKs, are spacious enough for us. A slight downside is that Aurobindo Vidya Mandir School is nearby, which is a bit of a distance for the kids daily. But Healthworld Hospitals is also at the same distance, which is good.

  I finally bought my own place, a 2 BHK in Kedarnath Niwas. I chose a unit with a built-up area of 980 sq.ft. The price was around 30.5 Lakhs, which fit my savings. Being a single woman, 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance were very important to me, and this project offethat. The location in Benachity on Rajmahal Road is decent. It is currently under construction and expected to be completed by December 2027. I am excited about the high-speed elevatoand the automatic lifts for 4-6 peons. My only minor worry is that the surrounding area might get dusty during the construction phase. Overall, I am happy with the decision.

It is under construction, targeting December 2027 for possession. I selected a 2 BHK unit, around 900 Sq.ft built up. The price was 31.5 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area. My parents will be living here, so amenities like 24x7 water supply and high-speed elevatoare important. The developer, Kedarnath Real Estate, seems to have a decent track record. I am a bit concerned about managing things from afar, but the gated community aspect with 24x7 security should help. Hopefully, the construction quality is good.
