The price was about 32 Lakhs, which felt competitive for Durgapur. The project is under construction and scheduled for possession in December 2027. We appreciated the modern weather-resistant elevation design. The location on Rajmahal Road in Benachity is alright, with decent connectivity via NH2. However, parking seemed a bit tight during our site visit, which could be an issue later. The inclusion of high-speed elevatoand a terrace garden are nice touches. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security and water supply. The sizes of the flats, from 1170 sq.ft to 1326 sq.ft for 3 BHKs, are spacious enough for us. A slight downside is that Aurobindo Vidya Mandir School is nearby, which is a bit of a distance for the kids daily. But Healthworld Hospitals is also at the same distance, which is good.
