This is my fit home purchase and I chose Kedar Galaxy. I got a 2 BHK which is 675 sq.ft built up. The price was around 17.5 Lakhs, which felt manageable for my fit big purchase. It's ready to move in, so I could shift in immediately after registration. The builder, Kedar Associates, seems reliable. I liked that it's a gated community and has a children's play area, although I don't have kids yet. The size of the rooms is decent, not too big but comfortable for me and my husband. The only thing I found a bit concerning is that the OC was not available, which made me a bit nervous, but the agent assured me it would be sorted. Overall, a positive start.

I'm hoping the property value appreciates over the next few yeaThe main downside is the access road to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, which might be a slight concern for tenants, but overall I feel it's a sound investment choice.

We moved into our 2 BHK at Kedar Galaxy earlier this year. The kids love the play area, and it’s nice that it’s a gated community. The size is about 675 sq.ft built up, which is functional for our family of three. We paid around 17.5 Lakhs for it. The earthquake-resistant structure gives us peace of mind. Power backup is also a good feature to have in Nashik. The location in Shramik Nagar is okay, but reaching the good schools takes about a 20-minute drive, and traffic can be heavy in the mornings. Dust from nearby construction sites is also an issue sometimes. Still, the amenities are good for the price.
