Pachiappas college Metro Station is just a short walk away, making commutes easy. The developer, KCee Properties, seems to have equipped the project with decent amenities like a mini theatre and gazebo, which are nice additions. My only minor complaint is that the traffic on Dr. Guruswamy Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but that's common for this area. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.
