We just moved into KCee Leela a couple of months ago. The main reason we chose this project by KCee Properties was the amazing location in T. Nagar, Chennai South. It’s super close to both Mount Road and Arcot Road, making commutes manageable. Plus, having DAV Girls Senior Secondary School right next door is incredibly convenient for our niece. The flat itself is decent, but the living room feels a bit smaller than we expected from the floor plan. Parking is also quite challenging if you have more than one vehicle.
