The location in Vijayanagar, 4th Stage, is a well-established area. My parents will appreciate the convenience of having the S. V. E. I. Public School just 0 kilometeaway, even if they don't have children there, it means good infrastructure. The Clearmedi Radiant Hospital is also only 5 kilometeaway, providing peace of mind. The complex has a gymnasium and lifts, which are important for my parents' daily routine. The price point for these apartments falls between 32.79 Lakh and 45.66 Lakh. The project was completed in December 2013, so it is a mature property. I am satisfied with the value proposition.

While the construction quality appeasolid, I do wish the developer had provided more clarity on the OC received status. It's a slight concern, but the overall convenience of the location and the apartment size made me choose this property.

We finally moved into our KBL Passion apartment last week. The 1093 square feet 2 BHK is quite comfortable for us. Having the swimming pool and gym right here in the complex is super convenient, saves us travel time. The location in Basavanahalli is decent, close enough to Vijayanagar bus depot which is nearby. My only small issue is the road leading to the main street can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during dry weather. But overall, the builder KBL Group seems to have delivered a good product. We are happy with the space and the amenities provided. The price range was also manageable for us.

The only minor drawback I have noticed is that the parking space can be a bit tight, especially during evenings when many residents return home. Otherwise, it is a good residential option.
