The price range, starting from 44.21 Lakh, was competitive for Mysore at the time of purchase. The project offegood amenities like a tennis court and a basketball court, which can be attractive for future renteBeing ready to move in 2011 means it's an established community now. The main disadvantage is that the OC is not available, which could be an issue for some buyeor future resale. The proximity to the bus stop is a plus point for connectivity.

The location in Madagalli is mostly quiet which is what we wanted after living in the city bustle for so long. Getting to the hospital is reasonably quick. The only drawback is that the internal roads within the community could be better maintained.
