The 3 BHK apartments are available from 720 to 990 square feet. I chose a 750 square feet unit. The price of 30.6 Lakhs was reasonable for the area. The project has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup. The only minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads connecting Uttam Nagar. Overall, it’s a quiet place for senior citizens.
