I was looking for a decent apartment in Chennai Central and found Kay Arr Rio Grande. The 3 BHK configuration at 1528 Sq.ft is a good size. It's in Royapettah, which is quite accessible. The only slight issue is that the Occupational Certificate status is not available, which is something the builder Kay Arr & Co should address. However, the property is ready to move in and construction looks solid. The price is on the higher side at 3.36 Crore, but given the location, it seems justifiable. The power backup is a crucial amenity for me, and it's good that they have it. Rainwater harvesting is also a responsible feature.
