The project has essential amenities like storm water drains and rainwater harvesting, which shows good planning. The nearby Jeevan Spah Eye Hospital is convenient for any medical needs. My main concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which can be a bit botheome sometimes, especially when windows are open.
