  I needed something ready to move into quickly and Kavinagar Residents Association fit the bill. Being so close to the Ghaziabad Bus Station, a short distance, is incredibly convenient for my daily commute. Also, Manipal Hospital being nearby is a great relief to have. The Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper seems to have a decent reputation for timely delivery. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas. The apartment itself is functional and suits my needs for now.

  Decent location in Kavi Nagar, Sector 18. Close to Maharana Pratap Marg and Hapur Road which is convenient.
