    I recently visited Kaveri Swarnim in Sikandra, Agra. The sheer size of the 4 BHK apartments, with carpet areas ranging from 2411 Sq.ft to 3773 Sq.ft, is impressive. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in March 2031. Kaveri Housing LLP P is developing it. The inclusion of a compound wall and internal roads is standard, but the energy management and solid waste management systems mentioned are good to see. My main worry is the accessibility; while it's near National Highway 2, the internal approach road through Bain Bazar could be better maintained. It’s a bit narrow and can get congested.
