We visited Kautilya One 54 last week. The project by KAUTILYA TILYA ILYA LYA YA A looks quite good, especially the 70% open spaces. I was impressed by the Cricket Pitch and the Skating Rink, which my kids would love. The 3 BHK flats are 859 Sq.ft, which is a decent size. The starting price is around 85.04 Lakh. My main concern is the traffic on the roads around Chandkheda, especially during peak houIt can get quite congested. Also, being under construction, there is some dust on site. However, the planned amenities like the Club House and Mini Theatre are attractive. We are considering it for our family home.
