Looking for a new home in Vadodara, we visited Kasper Woods. The 2327 square feet 4 BHK flats seem quite spacious for us now, and perhaps for a future family. I really liked the smart switches in every home feature – seems very modern. The idea of a grocery shop within the complex is also convenient, no need to step out for small things. The development is under construction with a completion date of September 2027. The single decorative gate entry exit gives a good sense of security. My only minor worry is that New Alkapuri can get quite busy, so wondering about the noise levels from the main road. Still, the modern features are a big plus point for us.

Location in New Alkapuri is decent, though traffic can be a bit much during peak houtrying to get to school. They also promised electric charging provision for each unit, which is great for the future. The landscaping and tree planting sounds nice too, hoping it makes the complex feel green. Construction is underway and expected by September 2027. Overall, the size and amenities were the biggest draw for us as a family needing space.
