We visited Kashima The Crest Glory because it's close to Dipak School, practically nearby, which is a huge plus for us. Having Shalby Hospital also nearby in Naroda is reassuring. The project is under construction with a December 2026 completion date. We are considering a 2 BHK flat, with carpet areas around 700 sq.ft. The amenities like the multipurpose room and jogging track are good for the kids. My main concern is the dust and traffic on Sardar Patel Ring Road during peak hou, it can get quite busy. However, the Vastu compliance and rain water harvesting are good features.
