Finding a home close to good schools was our priority. The International School is close to Karthik The Edge, which is manageable. We bought a 2 BHK apartment here, measuring 1185 square feet. The layout seems practical for our family. The project by Karthik Construction offepower backup, which is a must in Bangalore. The price was around 50.96 Lakhs. The common areas look well-maintained, and the landscaping adds a nice touch. My only concern is the proximity to the railway station; Carmelaram is just 3 kilometeaway, which is convenient but might mean some noise.
