The price point of 46.88 Lakh upwards is competitive for this area. My main focus was the potential for rental income, and Keshav Nagar has good connectivity. The nearby bus stop is a bonus. While they mention a fire fighting system, I would have liked to see the OC received status confirmed. Golf coue is an unusual amenity to list, not sure how accessible it is. Overall, a decent buy for capital appreciation.
