My wife and I decided to upgrade from our rented flat and chose Karda Hari Spah Phase III I. We looked at the 2 BHK configurations, which have a carpet area of 575 sq.ft. It’s a good size, much better than where we were living. The price was in the mid-20 Lakhs range, which was manageable for us. We liked that the project is ready to move since June 2019. The developer, Karda Constructions, seems reliable. The area is developing, and we can see new things coming up nearby. However, the internal roads and footpaths could have been better finished; they seem a bit basic. Also, the advertised 'luxurious properties' feel a bit ovetated for the price and finishings. But for the price and space, it's a decent upgrade.

I was looking for a 1 BHK in Nashik and found Karda Hari Spah Phase III I. The carpet area is about 414 sq.ft, which is perfectly sized for a single peon. It’s ready to move in and the price was around 18 Lakhs, fitting my budget nicely. Karda Constructions seems to have completed this project. The amenities like the children's play area and landscaping are nice, though I won't use them much. My main concern is the parking; it's open car parking, and I'm a bit worried about security and space, especially if I get a bigger car later. Also, while it's in Deolali Camp, getting to Nashik Road railway station takes about 25-30 minutes by car which is a bit far for frequent travel.

I chose a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 575 sq.ft. It feels spacious enough for me. The price was around 25 Lakhs, which was within my budget. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief as I didn't want to wait. Having Army Public School so close is also convenient if I plan to have family visit. The only small issue is the road access; it's not directly on the main highway and can be a bit dusty during peak construction hounearby, but it's manageable. Overall, the convenience is unmatched.

We bought a 3 BHK here at Karda Hari Spah Phase III I. The carpet area is a generous 999 sq.ft, giving us plenty of room for our two children. It's great that Army Public School is right next door, making the morning commute for the kids so much easier. The price was around 41.81 Lakhs, which was a stretch but justifiable given the size and location benefits. We liked the children's play area and the landscaping Karda Constructions has done. The project is ready to move, which was essential for us. The only downside is the traffic during peak houaround the main roads leading to Pathardi Phata, which is nearby. But being close to the school and hospital was the main priority for us.
