The price range of 17.42 Lakhs to 30.94 Lakhs meant we could afford a good size apartment. Being ready to move was a big factor. We liked the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping. The only downside is the parking; it's closed car parking, but it feels a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. We paid around 27 Lakhs. The overall feel of the project is quite pleasant though.
