The plot sizes are generous; we bought a 2700 Sq.ft plot for 78.3 L. Neerja RealtoPrivate Limited has included a children's play area and a jogging track, which are perfect for our kids. Montfort School Nagpur is also not too far, nearby. The project completion is March 2029. My only slight worry is the traffic on Wardha Road during peak hou, but the proximity to the Outer Ring Road should help mitigate that. The 1.5-Acre Central Greens sound lovely.
