Tata Medical Center is only 2 kilometeaway, and Delhi Public School is just over a kilometer, which is great if they ever need it. The apartment size is between 834 to 1300 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. The developer, Kappa Builde, seems to have a good plan for amenities, including a children's play area and a gymnasium. I did notice that the project is under construction, with completion estimated for October 2029. My main concern is ensuring they are settled comfortably, and the maintenance charges once they move in. The price range starting from 58.38 Lakhs felt reasonable for the area.

The project is still under construction and is expected to be ready by October 2029. One thing that slightly botheme is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but that's common in developing areas. The location is decent, with good connectivity to EM Bypass.
