    Just moved into Kapadia Hetvi Elegance and settling in. The location in Navrangpura is very central, close to Ashram Road and CG Road which is convenient for my commute. I found the 1905 sq.ft carpet area for the 4 BHK flat to be quite spacious, fitting all my furniture easily. Having 24x7 water supply and security is a big plus, especially when you're busy with work. My only slight worry is the road traffic noise during peak hou, but inside the apartment, it's manageable. The builder, Kapadia Corporation, seems to have focused on essential amenities like the entrance lobby and fire fighting systems. The metro station is also very close by, which will be useful for family visiting.
